We want you (and your pup!) to be completely happy with your Sunny Paws Collective experience 🐾
If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help in line with Australian Consumer Law.
🛍️ Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, especially treats and consumables, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Please check product descriptions carefully and feel free to contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
🔁 Returns Under Australian Consumer Law
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if your item:
- Is faulty or damaged
- Is not as described
- Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do
To request a return or refund, please contact us at sunnypawscollective@outlook.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order, with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
🐶 Pet Treats & Consumables
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for pet treats or consumables unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
💸 Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
📫 Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, or is marked as delivered but hasn’t turned up, please contact us. We’ll help investigate the issue with Australia Post and assist however we can.
✏️ Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete details, we may require an additional postage fee to resend it.
