We ship all orders via Australia Post and deliver Australia-wide, including to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and rural areas.
📦 Processing Times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
🚚 Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and public holidays.
💌 Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $10.95 flat rate
- Express Shipping: $14.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Orders over $150
(Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selections.)
📮 Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
🐾 Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is in the hands of Australia Post. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe or your tracking hasn’t updated, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
✏️ Address Errors
Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If your parcel has already shipped, redirection may not be possible and additional fees may apply.
